Tested 3 days early - saw the faintest of lines - which on further testing - became darker every day thereafter. I didn't buy this product because of its early pregnancy detection claim of 10mIU - I bought it because I am inpatient and could not wait until I had a missed period and was fed up with paying a fortune for branded pregnancy tests. Plus I find that when you'r trying for a baby - testing early keeps you going - the time between 'post ovulation until the end of your cycle' drags. Ok - they aren't as easy to use as the bulky branded ones - but definitely not difficult to use. Initially I was a little confused where the test line actually was - because I too saw a hint of pink underneath the paper part which I would not normally have considered to be part of the test stick - this was on testing 7 days early - which raised my hopes initially - but for me - I don't think it... When my period was 6 days late and I still had nothing showing on these strips, I came back and re-read the reviews about people trying other tests and getting a positive result. I then took 3 different brands of test (all of which have a sensitivity above 10mIU), all showed a positive result. I can't really complain based on how cheap the tests were, but please do not rely on these tests as a true indicator of whether you are pregnant or not! 6 of 6 people found the following review helpful:  Positive Result 11dpo, By This review is from: 15 x Ultra Early - 10mIU Pregnancy strip tests - More Pack Options Available (Personal Care) I decided to buy these after using the one step ovulation test kit which was fantastic. I got a positive result 11dpo (I was away the two days before that so I'm not sure if I could have gotten an earlier result). I bought clear blue as a back up but never ended up using it.The line was quite faint on the first day, it slowly got darker but it was about a week and half later before it was as dark as the control line. I took a test each day but couldn't really tell that it was getting darker but I kept the tests and when comparing the test on day 5 I could see it was darker than on day 1. These tests are great because they are so cheap that you can test every day for weeks. I am now 12 weeks pregnant and just had a scan. Our little bundle is due on 6 December. There are negative reviews on Amazon for this product and the ovulation kit. For me both products did exactly what they said they would and I can't recommend them highly enough. |
