This is a high quality product with good results.I have chosen to write this review as I feel the ones you generally read are phony, and written by the manufacturers. I have been buying this product for months now, if used in conjunction with regular exercise and a healthy balanced diet you will get good, lasting results. One things that is important to remember is that this shake is a supplement, it is designed to have instead of a snack/meal and therefore reduce your daily calorie intake, which will lead to weight loss. I regularly use it first thing in the morning instead of breakfast, and again after exercise. The good news is that one shake will actually satisfy your hunger and make you feel content. I have found that since using Promax Diet my muscles do recover quicker (which is very important) and I have lost weight, (again this is not down purely to the product, this is a result of regular exercise and a balanced diet). I firmly believe it works in that I am able to get enough protien without having to eat lots of meat and other foods and consume lots of calories in the process. This has helped me create a larger calorie deficincy by working out and consuming as few calories as possible. I believe the protein is not only maintaining my muscles but they are growing in the process. The banana one IS yummy (it's the only flavour which I'm sure is vegetarian, be warned the strawberry one isn't), it really does taste like a banana smoothie, even when just mixed with water (best if using ice cold water). I only mixed it with a fork and there weren't any lumps at all. The shake kept me alert all day (probably because I'm not used to caffeine though), and I certainly didn't feel hungry. Costly (cheapest on eBay, sorry Amazon, but I bought it from Boots because I'm impatient and don't really trust strangers on eBay when it comes to health products). |
